Shipping and returns policy

We do not accept refunds or returns based on change of mind. Upon receipt of your items, if they are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damaged goods. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement to be provided, if we are unable to replace the damaged items, we will organise a replacement of the same value. All items from Aquagem Crystals are carefully packaged and are checked prior to shipping. Once an item has been shipped, Aquagem Crystals are no longer responsible for any damage caused during transit.

Shipping: Standard shipping is a $10.00 flat rate on all orders under $150.00. Any orders over $150.00 come with free postage. Please allow 5-6 standard business days for your order to arrive following dispatch.

Aquagem Crystals cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing following dispatch. Our orders do not require signature on delivery, therefore it can be left at your address. All orders are sent with a tracking number once your order has been scheduled for collection.

Lost or Stolen: If your items goes missing after delivery, you will need to contact Sendle directly to lodge a report. If you choose to leave your parcel at the front door, this is at your own risk. If Sendle loses your order, you are required to contact Sendle direct to lodge a lost report. In this instance, Aquagem will provide a credit to the value of the lost items, not including postage costs.
